Mac Pro 2008 1 video card power connector - not 2?

i have no idea going on. read threads after threads showing 2 power connectors video card upgrade on mac pro 2008. here picture of motherboard looks like. can tell me if can put radeon 4870 or 6870 card in mac pro - needs 2 power connectors. other black connector missing?
