advice on buying an Ipad

i have seen refurbed ipads wi-fi , 3g running ios4 @ £279,if buy 1 of these , download lion same spec ipad2 if not missing have icloud.

 

ios software runs on iphones, ipads, ipod touches.
osx lion software runs on mac's.
can upgrade free ios5 on first ipad , icloud.
specs hardware not same specs putting ios5 on.
