2 weeks ago got 64gb black 4s replaced because of dead pixel. 1 gave me had huge scratches on sides, not make calls 80% of time, vibrate buzz , piece of dust under screen (did not notice till got home. go different store in different city (was out of town) week later, gave me replacement , tested out , on way. @ first 1 perfect, , iphone amazement came back. next day when trouble started, first vibration motor had been able loose in housing , making rattling noise every time goes off, @ point going live because many other ones had too. week later (last weekend) few month old screen protector ready call quits after being on phone since day 1 (almost 4 months ago). went dust free environment lot of light, did saw 3 groups of hairline scratches, first 1 centimeter long, second 1 made of 2 or 3 1cm scratches in 1 place, , last 1 made of 6 or 7 of 1 or 2cm scratches. these not have been caused me because there had been protector installed (literally did minute got replacement) when started little annoyed, today, got text notification when browsing safari , top led's backlight visible , making 6 brighter spots on top of screen. tested on white background make sure wasn't going crazy, sure enough, still there , pretty clear @ angle. last , abnormal 1 when watching dark video on youtube, shiny caught eye, checked out , light leaking out of of gap in-between front glass , plastic rim (or whatever made of).
problems have come across in replacement iphone received. normal these replacements or have been unlucky getting 2 defective replacements in row, guessing not being ocd here these real defects qualify replacement. bugs me paid on $500 (on contract, $950 off) top of line phone , purchased applecare+, receive defective replacements. also, if describe going on applecare on phone, has gotten brand new in box replacement after having several defective refurbished ones (i know 1 refurb because of quality of , has uncommon serial number have seen in replacement ones) don't care if new or refurb long in pristine condition , defect free. noticed applecare+ still hasn't transferred on other phone. thank anyones responds.
