Cant upgrade error 1600 (iReb no go)

i have ios4 device has 4.2.1 1.59.00 on t-mobile. tried using redwn0w , sn0wbreeze, every time use custom ipsw in itunes, gives me error 1600. used ireb many times nothing works.

check host file, problem there... remove line refers apple servers, , try again.
