i remuxed 30 mkv files m4v put itunes , use apple tv 3 , i'm cleaning them subler. i'm using program put stereo track before ac3 track , make sure tracks labeled properly. optimize file stream more efficiently.
question is, if decide go file after finish optimizing , add metadata or adjust something, need optimize again after saving it?

if changing metadata, don't think have (i anyways safe). if adding additional tracks (ex. audio, chapter, subtitle) should run optimize again. of issues people had soft subtitle playback on appletv , appletv v2 resolved optimizing mp4.
