Smart Playlists not updating on Music app..thought this was fixed???

i noticed earlier of smart playlists aren't updating properly.

in particular it's playlists set exclude songs haven't been played in last day, or in last month. on playlists, if listen song, doesn't removed automatically playlist.

read somewhere bug, although thought fixed in latest iphone firmware have.

still 'known issue'?
