When to put SSD and new Ram in?

hey,

i'm going purchase 15.4" macbook pro in few days , had questions. have samsung 830 256gb ssd , 16gbs of corsair mac memory purchased , on way me question should replace hd , ram before first boot or should after boot first time , start up? if place ssd , ram in before boot first time, how can go installing lion , working?
question have if buy optibay, have use original hd or able purchase own 1tb 2.5" drive use , require file transferring if do?
last thing is, high-res anti-glare display, colors on better, not good, or same high-res glossy display?

always boot first make sure should be, perform upgrades.
