New Ipad have internal scaler?

i know applications upgrade use every pixel of new ipad lets want watch 1080p movie.. if doesn't have scaler movie better in 1080p monitor because in cases new ipad not take advantage of retina display since movie can display 1080p!

 

no way know until device in people's hands. of course, there option view 1080p movie in native 1:1 pixel mode, incredible not fill whole screen.
