Strange scrolling effect when swiping though photos in landscape mode.

i notice when scrolling through photos , home screens in landscape mode there odd delay between top , bottom. it's redraw rate not even. nothing bad little strange. iphone doesn't this. else notice this. it's subtle there. don't have ipad 2 compare.
