Is there a browser that actually uses the retina resolution

the ipad browser natively reports 1024x768 resolution websites (while still high dpi) confined deminsions, wondering if there workaround or third party browser app lets browse web more screen space reporting native retina resolution rather 1024x768.

 

i think reason havent done because incredibly small.
