Sell iPad 1 before or after announcement

sorry "i'm selling ipad" thread, search didn't turn answers specific question. plan on selling 32gb first generation ipad wifi + 3g has 9 months of apple care remaining. seeing how it's "old", assume sell same before or after new ipad announced. else have thoughts on this? i'm trying decide if should sell before announcement or if make difference. i'm hoping $350 it. sound reasonable?
