Mac Mail vs iphone/ipad mail

i have been using mac little on 4 weeks now, have noticed when work emails come through, on exchange. come instantly onto iphone , ipad. mail app on macbook pro can take 1 minute after receiving them on ios devices.
there setting can alter, or except this.

 

that reason switched postbox while back.

i've never found solution.
