ok, not sure of differences. have quad core 2.93 mac pro , may upgrade new unit 1 3 years old , give son in law. running aperture, photoshop, illustrator , normal document writing, emails etc need more quad core.
use imovie little home videos. configure new mac pro keeper.
considering quad core 3.33 processor, solid stae drive drive 1 @ 2 tb drives in bays 2 , 3 data , 16 gig of ram pof line graphics card , plan keep 30" acd comments. way on 65 ever worth
this machine more capable handle using for. why want new machine? note there many threads on macrumors suggesting mac pro might discontinued.
