Move/reference Documents folder to another drive?

hi,

have different drives , partitions different media. 1 each music, photos, videos, comics etc.

there way link drives specific folders in home folder?

know, click on music in sidebar , opens music folder on other drive.

know there's way link entire home folder drive, that's not going work me.
