Keyboard problem ipad 3

having issue keyboard on screen if can before reset when home

see pic mean in middle of screen , not @ bottom

it's not keyboard problem. feature lets move keyboard around. tap bottom right button shows th keyboard , drag down or wherever want it. can pinch , spread keyboard split 2 sides can type thumbs iphone. luck.
