iPhone 4 'Phone.app' freezes on "calling contact..."

hoping someone's had problem before can't find relevant thread.

girlfriend's iphone 4 has been on blink lately. won't receive or send text messages (it send/receive imessages via wi-fi) , won't dial out or receive calls properly.

clarify, when call orange answer phone , nothing on phone. when calls me gets stuck on 'calling contact...' screen (as pictured) no dial tone, while on end, regular phone call when pick there's no sound.

phone not jailbroken, it's got nothing orange sim works in other phones , yes have restored , reset settings number of times.

if has solution i'd grateful.

exact same problem

have exact same problem, on network, called cosmote, in romania.

have jailbroken iphone, thought because of that, seems isn't, considering situation.

happened me once again 2-3 days ago , fixed removing , reinserting sim card.

not work anymore.


idea how fix this?
