iPad/iOS 5.1 to come with more stock apps?

ever since first ipad came out never understood why apple didnt include stock apps on iphone (weather, calculator, clock, stocks, voice memo).

if ipad 3 came siri think apple have add them (at least few) because siri needs them lot of tasks, , able have notification widgets too!

hope do, because they'd usefull. i'd of loved known apples reasons not adding them start.

else agree?

 

i see simple clock app there little incentive apple add them.
