How to make iTunes use Growl notifications like Spotify?

whenever spotify changes songs, growl notification shows me song name/artist/album (pictured below). there way itunes well? maybe sort of apple script or add-on growl/itunes?

use cover stream, shows when change current song, have few months using since got mac , no issues until today lion (updated 10.7.3). if want can have name , cover of song in desktop (useful geektool if app too).
