HDMI Adapter - Full Screen Video On 1080p TV Slightly Stuttery

when connect laptop tv via hdmi adapter, full screen video stuttery. it'll play smooth every 3 secs there'll slight stutter, far more severe in fast moving scenes.

if use laptop display, fine. turned down resolution of tv 1080p 720p, , helped little, or @ least appeared so.

happens on resolution of video.

 

just saw post either here or somewhere else, problem tv, had "cine-motion" or that, once disabled, problem went away.
