Does SBSettings adversely affect battery life? (iPad 2)

i have ipad 2 16gb wifi, jailbroken @ 5.0.1.

thinking downloading sbsettings cydia. 1 of friends told me causes ipad 2 use lot more battery power. 1 said had no effect. what's straight story?

 

i have never had increased battery drain when using sbsettings.
