device stuck in dfu mode

hey guys,
have iphone 3g power button not working. wanted jailbreak him had put him dfu mode, couldn't because of broken power button. used guide , modified ipsw file , restored it, after device in dfu mode (black screen) tried jailbreak greenp0ision thing said "waiting dfu" , when used jailbreak software said "waiting restart", decided restore device, itunes/pc doesn't recognize him unless has no battery , when recognizes him (i hear "todo" thing) itunes says phone in recovery mode , when click shift-restore , choose ipsw file , got these errors:
first got that:
iphone ".." not restored. unknown error eccoured (9)
after restart , things got that:
iphone ".." not restored. unknown error eccoured (1600)
, that:
iphone ".." not restored. unknown error eccoured (1602)
, got that:
iphone ".." not restored. unknown error eccoured (1601)

iphone not mine , screwed , it's "dead" , don't know do, have searched in google answers hour , nothing , need give soon, hopped can me , cause other forums don't..
