i have 2nd gen extreme base (non dual band). have running in 2.4ghz mode because of iphone. friend has offered give me express using extend network. thought maybe set aebs broadcast in 5ghz, use ae extend running in 2.4ghz mode. way, computers take advantage of faster connection connecting aebs, , iphone connect ae. couldn't find on net using configuration, leads me believe isn't possible....but figured i'd ask here before gave on idea completely.
