4S Activation Question

my girlfriend ordered iphone 4s verizon past friday. should receive sometime week, has no working computer. not have itunes account either.

possible activiate 4s using mbp if signed out of itunes account on computer? allow create new itunes account on mbp in sign out once activiation process done?

in advance responses.

 

she can phone. ios 5 can set without computer.
