VMware Fusion sucks up all free memory on MBP

hi,

running vmware fusion v4.1.1 , hardware macbook pro running os x lion v10.7.2 (2.66 ghz core 2 duo, 8gb ddr3 memory)

when launch fusion , start vm (running win7 x64, problem happens when i've launched other os types) of memory on mac gets sucked 0. i've allocated 2gb of memory guest os. ive tried lowering 1gb, no difference.

when in activity monitor see 'vmware-vmx' has 2gb being used, , vmware fusion using 90mb. both normal.

dont see gigs , gigs of free memory going, , more importantly dont know how prevent being sucked away.

replaced memory troubleshooting step no help.

attached screen shot of activity monitor.

in advance recommendations!

attached files:

no need worry.
@ bottom of display.

free: 46.6 mb = says, unused ram
wired: 3.36 gb = reserved ram. basically, ram claimed not in use applications. if comes needs ram, redistributed.
active: actual ram in active use applications
used: total ram (active + reserved) in use.

machine not swapping, in shape.

let machine manage memory , fine.
