Very cool suggestion for a Cydia Tweak

i am, no means cydia app maker, made few apps psp.
got iphone, have suggestion cydia tweak.
can have app integrates new slide down notifications , lets see apps running , lets quit them? that'd nice

 

im sorry if read post wrong can see apps running double pressing home button. brings small tray on bottom of screen , lets close apps if wish. no need jailbreak @ all.
