SWTOR Server Seems Empty?

hi all,

question not flame -- server on swtor has ~30 people on planet. has been true nar shadaa, balmorra, tatooine (where now) , alderaan. because every quest seems break people off own instances? or on more low-traffic server?

i've played wow free level 20 cap never got it, wondering if normal , expecting wrong thing or if you've had other experiences.

should add not have trouble finding people play with.

 

phasing

hello there,
swotr using phasing system keep planets being crowded. may notice, in bottom right corner, of map have 2 or more available phases @ disposal.
hope gives sort of explanation.
