Really WORRIED about Read and write permissions

i know might silly question worries me.

sharing preferences indicate (see second picture)
myself: can "read , write" ,
staff: can write in desposit box (i don't know means)
everyone: not have access

folder informations indicates myself, staff , can read , write (see first picture)

why there difference, can read , write files???

if understand question correctly. shared folders have permissions described them in regards network sharing.

myself: can "read , write" ,
staff: can write in desposit box (its drop box users can drop things cannot see contents of)
everyone: not have access

folder on computer setup may have different permissions may not visible others on network.

need know actual folder paths (anything important obfuscated of course) , maybe more of view of sharing settings know.
