'Unsuccessful order' email from Apple


got odd email apple morning claiming 'an order' unsuccessful - it's not order-number recognise. doesn't match number of i've ordered apple.

quick call credit card company , got confirmation payment ipad authorised waiting retailer 'collect payment'. ipad ordered shipped via tnt , still shows delivery on 16th. there's no record of *other* order number in apple store account.

mysterious.

of course, tried calling apple, overwhelmed - not able through.

received same email half hour ago , tried order number on apples website it's invalid, aswell being different ipad one.
here's hoping random error, i'll gutted if turns out they've cancelled ipad order :s
no luck through apples automated system either knows what's going on..
