Is AT&T still cracking down on jailbroken/tethered iPhones?

i remember few months had iphone jailbroken , using mywi tether ipad. got message at&t said "you must have tethering plan tether computer" or that, removed mywi don't lose unlimited data plan.

at&t still cracking down on jailbroken iphones or safe jailbreak , use mywi again?

 

at&t doesn't care if jailbreak iphone. care if tether , don't have tethering plan. yes, still catch force tethering plan onto account.
