Missing semicolon

on ipad (ios 5.01) soft keyboard (us/english), there semicolon soft key. however, when want send email, there appears no semicolon on version of keyboard. know find it?

do have cursor focus in body of email or in to: field?

if cursor in to: field, won't see semicolon. if move body of email, appear.

tested on iphone don't have ipad, should same.
