sometimes, though charger plugged in, not light , computer not sense charging. remove charger computer , plug in. not else, , plug in after unplugging it. of sudden starts charging again.
1) think problem is? 2) should take in apple store? 3) took video on iphone. shows issue. phone jailbroken though. showing phone apple store people issue?

it sounds connection isn't secure sometimes. see link troubleshooting magsafe adapters @ bottom of charging section of following link. also, battery won't charge if it's between 93-99%. should answer most, if not all, of battery questions:
