Masters Golf App vs. Safari Browser

i watching live feed in masters golf app ipad feed kept stopping. tried on mac mini (using safari browser) , working fine. thought maybe has wifi on ipad since hard wired on mac. anyway, decided try safari browser on ipad , works same mac. problem app? have ideas?

i switched app , working better. oh well. maybe timing issue.

 

same issue here while watching @ work, though has been consistent in last half hour. assumed awful wifi company has.
