Mac App store showing apps not installed?

i notice today. mac app store show few apps not installed when installed , working fine. install button on apps. 1 facetime. after installed it, updated , it's been way while. osx lion showed way lately did clamxav.

suspecting updates of sort. on lion 10.7.3 , got sort of supplemental update last night lion. curious if that's triggered it.

clamxav shows ver 2.2.2 in app store , installed version shows 2.2.2. not sure why but's it's free app not worried.

ideas?
