iTunes store down?

i watching episode of justified , abruptly cutoff. streaming cloud. tried reconnect , message "unable sign in, apple tv can't connect server @ time". cannot access itunes store on mac or phone either. have reset router , else works fine. else having problem or have advice?

 

i can't update apps right now, there's up.
