AT&T Post Paid iPad WiFi+LTE Activation Issues


i pre-ordered 2 new ipad 64gb wifi + lte (at&t) apple online store , have been trying since received them on march 16, 2012 activate them on at&t post paid account adding them existing at&t wireless number. received order number (after giving ssn , passing credit check) , 2 new data phone numbers at&t calling number listed on website under support topic: "how postpaid data service ipad."

of march 20, 2012, have tried complete at&t activation dozens of times, resulting in error , being transferred customer service. i've spent countless hours in telephone trees passed department department :mad:

today, floor supervisor in postpaid department said unfortunately ipad not activated , apples fault because not provide data at&t. :eek: asked additional information need beyond imei , iccid numbers taken original order. said needs completed in at&t corporate store. authorized reseller not qualify.

at&t bad? i'm considering switching at&t accounts verizon after experience. physically visiting corporate store stone age. worse, took at&t 4 days tell me :mad:
 

return them , rebuy @ best buy. there "sneak" postpaid plan without telling you. if took them there they'd happily sign up.
