23" Cinema Display - Glitchy Video

hi there.

i've ran problem while playing videos vimeo or youtube on 23" cinema display. videos, played full screen, used work fine, not smooth anymore. kind of glitch and, well, yeah, aren't smooth.

when running movies or quicktime or vlc, fine. it's fullscreen vimeo , youtube.

did search , couldn't find on topic.
