iPad 2 freezing

in last few days, ipad 2 (purchased in november) has been randomly freezing (sometimes when browsing net, in apps, , @ home screen!). has never been issue , it's becoming prominent. thoughts??

 

running of memory. try clearing out open apps in app switcher.

old reboot every once in while helps.
