Is MBA right for me?

first time poster time poster, long time lurker. have been following buyers guide , front page getting updates on possible refresh on mbp. in law school[2nd year] , looking replace old current laptop. don't play many games[if any] or programming of kind able multi task , speed major bonus me. there reason hold out mbp? air more enough? use word , programs average student used homework etc. online games use poker clients thats it. additionally plan on buying external hard drive store music on.

there reason not mba now? love how light law student has carry multiple books. mba design isn't going changing anytime it? yes 1 of bitter if spent money , design changed. have kept laptop in great condition years want buy last me few years practice.

well intel supposedly pushing ivy bridge's release june, it's more won't see updates mbp or mba (or other mac line) until mid/late summer, or autumn. mountain lion being announced summer release, that's indication new mac won't launch before (seems me it'd more mac launch it... wasn't case last year mbp or imac, knows)

if can wait 4-8 months, guess that'd best option if think you'd victim of buyer's remorse.

however! current mba more enough needs , last ~4 years (or longer), i'd estimate. 1 go for? 11in or 13in? 64gb or 128gb or 256gb? may not need external unless have gigantic music collection.

option, if need ports/etc on mbp mbp ssd (either build-to-order or self-installation).
