The new iPad and Prepaid data plan (VZW)

hi all:

we'll travelling in may , i'm hoping pick vzw ipad have question paying data.

not have billing address credit/debit card, possible pay data using gift card walmart? have done lot of research on prepaid debit cards, during bush administration, financial institutions require have ssn while registering.

in 3 weeks , of places we'll travelling covered vzw's lte. useful use ipad hotspot.

advice appreciated.
