Videochat with iPad by using iPhone

is there anyway u can project screen iphone onto ipad, videochat on iphone, , have visuals projected ipad? or somehow attach iphone via bluetooth , use webcam viceochatting?

 

there hacked version of airserver can run on ipad , using video app supports airplay can have video sent ipad. tried clearsea , worked quality , latency pretty bad versus using clearsea on iphone or on ipad natively.

far have found, of these rely on wifi too; i'm not aware of bt streaming option 1 ios device another.
