How to get around AT&T Data Throttleing (APN Settings)

hey guys, have been throttled on iphone 4s using at&t, have noticed there work around this, requires changing apn settings.

have found guide this, unfortunately android, , there doesn't appear way change phones apn settings within phone itself.

so, question is, change apn settings on iphone reflect settings in guide? i'm sure possible, have jailbroken phone, have come dead ends when trying find way change them. think?

 

you have allow apn editing in carrier bundle or install cydia tweak it.
