Windows MP4/M4V scrapers/taggers?

hi,

new appletv 3 owner looking converting mkvs mp4/m4vs.

first have many mkvs dts. want convert (batch if possible) remuxing video stream , ac3/dd5.1 track or converted dts5.1 ac35.1 track , maybe subtitle. handbrake nice reencodes video. did find few older utilities made mkvtomp4 ps3 (before ps3 got mkv support) work ok. question is, need aac track ac3 pass through play? threads mention ac3 , video won't play.

2nd problem on windows, though have mbp though it's slow coverting on smb macbook , windows solution.

longtime xbmc user , used media library program scrape imdb, tvdb based on filename create .nfo read xbmc poster fan art etc. understand itunes same tags. there match tools windows this?

perfect iflicks won't work on smb , have close 8tb of stuff convert tag on win box/file server. subler works slow.

i've got program conversion on windows haven't found batch tagger except metax, muay option, unfortunately it's not free (mac version , atomic parsley based on is). hoping freeware alternative.
