What's a Billing Cycle? (AT&T Question)

i signed at&t service myself yesterday (feb 15) , says new billing cycle begin february 18, 2012. mean? have pay day? thought @ start of every month?

help.

 

it means plan renews every 18th day of month.
example, know how have data limit each month? resets 0 on 18th of each month.

payment isn't due then. if log myatt, tell when it's due. example, billing cycle on 22nd, payment due on 16th (the next month after cycle expired)
