i'm not sure how getting open, or program trying use it. has else seen or experienced this? there resolution popping time?
you need isolate what, exactly, you're clicking brings response. usually, if double-click file doesn't have application associated it, you'll see message asking select app use open file. select app, right-click on file in finder, select "get info", under "open with" select app, click "change all".
