Can't add new songs to iPhone

i cannot add "new" songs itunes iphone 4. drag , drop them on iphone under devices , nothing happens.

tried adding new music playlist , added playlist iphone. playlist there new songs not on iphone. when @ playlist iphone in itunes, has these songs in grey sync icon right. screen shot below:



songs mp3 , nothing special them. else have problem or have idea of how fix? thanks!!
