notification sliders broken?

curious problem here... not end of world, i'm wondering if else has it. has happened me twice in last week, once before , once after updating 5.1.

if have notification slider, email or whatever, start dragging on , bounces back. if drag fast makes way , bounces back. if drag slow , careful falls half way. unlock slider still works. problem goes away , think... curious.

has ever happened else?
