i wouldn't worry much, mine has too, also, if bugs much, can try reseat backplate. replacement refurb phone on other hand has scratches on screen didn't cause because minute got put protector on it, visable leds @ top, , gap inbetween plastic rim of glass , glass, letting light shine through , leak gap, i'm calling apple try brand new replacement
