Parallels Question (Still need Window?)

hello,

have quick questions using parallels. have been doing research on whether want go boot camp or parallels , im still not committed either question though is;
when buying parallels program allow install windows via parallels? in other words parallels alone nothing?

other question purchase windows use boot camp , if decide rather using side side osx un-install boot camp , install on parallels?

yes, you'll still need copy of windows install in parallels.

also, parallels can access boot camp partition, wouldn't need uninstall access way.
