Link iMac to sony Bravia via wifi???

as sony have bbc iplayer , demand5 hoping can somehow link mac tv using wifi watch 4od, skygo, itv player etc.

tv far away using cables. tv have wifi, , when had pc linked , doesnt seem recognise imac.

has got ideas, please bear in mind not tekkie.

i think need sort of software drive this. know vuze works on imac , connects no problem sony tv. place program or film in bravia folder , play. sony adding tv stations regularly line maybe case of waiting until these added?
