Kindle Issues

does have problem kindle?

there books have highlighted tons of lines, , whenever go highlight list, highlights never displayed in list. if book 500 pages, highlights of first 250 pages, , list keep changing, displays first 100 pages, when resize kindle window displays different amount of highlights etc, seems totally broken.
